About Me
My name is Limor Haidy Amsalem.
I am a product of blending of several far and distant worlds. I was born in Israel in 1970 to a Finnish mother and a father from Tiberias, who is half a Bulgarian and half an Iraqi.
Together with my husband Emanuel, an architect of Marocan origin, we added more to the blend and gave birth to four unique creations, our children Irad, Tidhar, Timna and Yanai.
I studied Design and Architecture at Eliezer Frenkel workshop and keep learning every day in the university of life…
My calling in life is to help people realize their highest potential as human beings by the means of art. I use art and craft to help people reconnect with their unique gifts, get in touch with deepest callings of their souls and find the courage to follow their truest dreams.
I bring with me love and trust of life, honesty, integrity and acceptance of self and others, blended with lightness, joy and humor.
Staying true to my origins as a blend of far removed worlds, I take pride in continues contribution to diversity. My gallery works for bringing people and cultures closer together: Muslims and Jews; Secular and Religious; People with disabilities and so called "normal folks". I live and create from the place of "Love your neighbor as yourself".
I bring with me deep compassion and an ability to see in each person something very special. I help people remember these unique places inside of them and bring them out in art in life. My work is often viewed as "shamanic" – creating healing art that reconnects different parts of the soul.
In my shop and gallery the work is constant; visitors can witness art being created. We use only natural materials, as I believe that deep connection to nature is an essential part of creating and healing processes.

Givat Olga is located in the center of the Israel, with beautiful beaches and colorful neighborhoods full of art, culture and spirit.
